Stacey E. Campbell was born and raised in Oroville, California, where she attended both public and private schools during her early educational years. She continued her academic journey at Chico State University and Butte Community College, where she earned a certification in Behavioral and Social Sciences. Stacey is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in human services with a concentration in Gerontology at Southern New Hampshire University.
With a lifelong passion for serving older adults, Stacey has built a career centered around their care and advocacy. Her professional experience includes working in Medicare’s Fraud and Prevention Department and managing a Durable Medical Equipment office that served a predominantly elderly population. For the past 20 years, she has worked as a Liaison and Educator in the fields of home health, hospice care, and senior living community marketing.
In addition to her work with older adults, Stacey currently works with caregivers, providing education, support, and skills training to help them feel empowered and confident in their caregiving roles. She is deeply committed to assisting caregivers to take care of both their loved ones and themselves.
Stacey is also a certified Life Coach and the proud owner of Golden Circle Life Coaching Services, where she supports seniors and their families through life transitions. Whether facing a move, planning for care, or navigating emotional changes, Stacey helps clients uncover their needs and goals and take confident, informed steps forward. Her extensive network of resources and contacts ensures families are well-equipped for whatever lies ahead.
An engaged and active community member, Stacey is a member and daughter of the IBPOE of W (Elks) in Oroville, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, a board member of Amma Culture, and a certified Social Service Designee.

Stacey has proudly called Chico home for more than 30 years, where she resides with her family, including her beloved daughter, Victoria Monet Knighten
