Renee Williams is a mother and a wife. She holds an A.S. in accounting from Heald Business College and a BA in management from St.Marys College. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Renee is the West Coast regional business manager for a construction firm where she manages a team of 15. Her territory covers Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, and California. She currently chairs the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee at the construction firm while serving on the AGC of CA and AGC of WA DEI Steering Committee.

AGC represents the contractors in many ways, and these committees are helping the construction companies build tools for an inclusive and diverse work culture with attention to recruitment and retention. Her interests are creating awareness of the opportunities and providing the how-to to enter the construction industry for those in socioeconomically challenged communities. Additionally, she and her husband own a real estate investment firm. Renee believes since life is unpredictable and short, you must learn to live in it and go beyond surviving it.
